Fully Automatic Chemiluminescence Analyzer
Mainly used in the reagent wells of fully automatic chemiluminescence analyzers to provide a stable temperature of 2–8°C for reagents inside the wells. Electric heating films are adopted to maintain a constant temperature on the incubation plate.
POCT Analyzer
Applied in POCT analyzers. For such applications, Huajing Temperature Control has developed a constant-temperature module with a multi-channel fast reagent card slot, featuring a precise temperature control of ±0.1°C and channel temperature uniformity of ±0.3°C.
PCR Instrument
PCR instruments are used for gene amplification, in which temperature control is the core function. The key component for temperature control is the thermoelectric cooler (TEC) that enables rapid heating and cooling of the PCR instrument. Providing highly reliable solutions with long cycle life is critical.
Hematology Analyzer
Custom temperature control devices are provided for hematology analyzers and their reaction chambers, including the reaction chamber, heating elements and control schemes. These maintain reagents at a constant temperature during reaction, leading to more accurate blood analysis.
Biological Tissue Freezing Station & Embedding Machine
Adopting vapor-compression refrigeration technology, products are applied in biological tissue freezing stations and embedding machines, with a minimum temperature reaching -35°C.
Laser Hair Removal & Skin Rejuvenation Devices
Used in the cooling systems of laser hair removal devices and skin rejuvenation devices to cool laser emitters and ensure stable output of light with a fixed wavelength.
The core hardware of a temperature-controlled cooling module is the thermoelectric cooler (TEC). To select a suitable product, several common parameters must be understood.
The operating voltage (in Volts) at which the maximum temperature difference is achieved.The temperature difference will decrease if the applied voltage is higher or lower than this value. In practice, we usually use approximately 80% of the maximum delta-T voltage.
The operating current (in Amperes) at maximum temperature difference, measured when both hot and cold sides are at 27°C (ΔT = 0) under maximum delta-T voltage.The actual operating current decreases as the temperature difference increases and the hot-side temperature rises.
General calculation: approximately 60% of power consumption
Alternative estimation: number of thermocouple pairs × maximum delta-T current × 0.07
Square thermoelectric coolers range from 6.2×6.2 mm to 62×62 mm.
Special shapes are also available, such as rings and strips.
Thickness ranges from 2.4 mm to 6 mm.Different voltage and current specifications have minimum size limitations.
